How do I report a problem with my Poulette order?
In order to investigate an issue with a Poulette order, please reach out via “Help” in the Doordash, Uber Eats or SkipTheDishes app.
A Note About Third Party Delivery
Third party delivery services, while popular, are still in their infancy, and can sometimes be unreliable, leading to delays, mishandling, and restaurant blaming. Please consider this when errors occur.
Additionally, third party delivery services take a 30% cut of gross sales from independent restaurants. (large restaurant chains pay half that). This is an unsustainable number that is only possible because it is subsidized by in-store sales.
So why do independent restaurants use these services? Because this is what the market desires. Where possible, please consider ordering from your favourite independent restaurants directly.
